Interests: Oh, the block of text I could put here...! The short version? I drawing, reading, music, driving, cats, thunderstorms, daydreaming, chocolate...A lot of my interests can be gleaned from my Favorites, my stamp collection, and my journal entries.

Favorite Movie: Labyrinth and the 2007 Transformers movie are currently vying for first place, with the action parts of Transformers 3 also squeezing in. I don't go to the movies much, can you tell?

Favorite Authors: Stephen King, J.D. Robb/Nora Roberts, Amy Tan, Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, Charlaine Harris, Lisa Lutz, Robert Asprin, Sue Grafton, R.A. Salvatore, Piers Anthony, James Patterson. There's more, but these are my main faves.

Favorite Games/Gaming Platforms: I make do with my well-worn GBA (the battery finally died) secondhand Nintendo DS, Pokemon games (Sapphire, FireRed and SoulSilver), LEGO Indiana Jones and my favorite "zoning out" game, which is a bunch of card games. My absolute favorite game is Skies of Arcadia for the Dreamcast.

I'm 5'8".

I've lived in the following places: northern California, for 9 years; Colorado, for 3 years; southern California, for 7 years; Texas, for 12 years; and Florida for 5 years. Do the math to get my age.

I have a lot of different countries in my ancestry, including Ireland, Jamaica, and Peru, as well as Native American (And that's just from my dad's side). Heinz 57, that's me.

My favorite color is blue. Just about every shade of blue.

I'm all about comfort vs. fashion - bring on the jeans, T-shirts and steel-toe boots!

I want a tattoo of one of my characters on my left arm, eventually.

Iced tea of choice? Arizona Raspberry Iced Tea, all the way!

I have a brother and two sisters, but I'm way older than them...by 12, 14 and 16 years.

Favorite exclamations of mine include: "Good gravy and Aunt Jemima in the morning!" and "Bloody petunias." The latter is used most often when I accidentally cut/burn/bang myself up.

I grew up with the (bad?) habit of reading while I eat. To this day eating with other people can make me a little antsy, especially if I'm very much in the mood to read and eat by myself.

I've worn glasses since I was 4 - and as it's a fight to the death to even put eyedrops in my eyes, contacts have always been out of the question.

I try not to go out of my way to point out other people's spelling errors, but I am very big on proper spelling and punctuation for myself. I still miss stuff, however. ^^

My personality can range from happy to sarcastic to silly to serious, all at the drop of a hat. I'd like to blame it on being a Gemini, but that may fall into the category of being petty...

I tend to type a lot of stuff in my replies and comments...and I also tend to overuse parentheses and ellipses. (Can you tell? )
